The online application portal will be open on the official website iocl.com from 10-Feb-2025 to 03-Mar-2025. Three years (or lateral entry after Class-XII (Sc)/ITI admitted in 2nd year of Diploma course) full time Diploma in any of the following disciplines of Engineering: i) Mechanical Engineering ii) Automobile Engineering
Junior Attendant
Higher Secondary (Class XII) with minimum of 40% marks in aggregate in case of PwBD candidates [as per relaxed standard]
Technician Apprentice (Electrical)
Three years (or lateral entry after Class-XII (Sc)/ITI admitted in 2nd year of Diploma course) full time Diploma in any of the following disciplines of Engineering: i) Electrical Engineering ii) Electrical & Electronics Engineering
Three years (or lateral entry after Class-XII (Sc)/ITI admitted in 2nd year of Diploma course) full time Diploma in any of the following disciplines of Engineering from a Govt. recognized Institute: i) Electronics & Communication Engineering ii) Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering iii) Electronics & Radio Communication Engineering iv) Instrumentation & Control Engineering v) Instrumentation & Process Control Engineering vi) Electronics Engineering
Technician Apprentice (Assistant-HE)
Full Time Graduation from a Govt. recognized Institute/ University.
Technician Apprentice (Accountant)
Graduation in Commerce
Data Entry Operator (Fresher Apprentices)
12th Pass
Domestic DEO (Skill Certificate Holders)
Minimum 12th Pass (but below Graduate). Candidates should also have a “Domestic Data Entry Operator” skill certificate for training lasting less than a year, issued by an awarding organization recognized by the Central Government or another body recognized under the National Skill Qualifications Framework.

IOCL Recruitment 2025 – Stipend details
Apprentice
Rate of stipend payable to apprentices per month shall be as prescribed under Apprentices Act, 1961/1973, Apprentices Rules 1992/2019 as amended from time to time and Corporation’s guidelines.

Candidates willing to apply against the advertisement must register as a Technician/Trade/Graduate Apprentice online in the following portals under the respective State as per their Trades below:
a) Trade Apprentice: Data Entry Operator (Fresher Apprentices)/Domestic Data Entry Operator (Skill Certificate Holders) at https://www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in
b) Technician Apprentice: (Mechanical/Electrical/Telecommunication & Instrumentation) at https://nats.education.gov.in/student_register.php
c) Trade Apprentice (Assistant-Human Resource/Accountant) at
https://nats.education.gov.in/student_register.php
Candidates meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria may LOGIN to the respective NATS/NAPS Portal using their User ID/Email ID and APPLY for the apprenticeship Openings/Opportunities with the Establishment ID of Indian Oil Corporation Limited
Candidates must complete the application for Openings/Opportunities in respective NATS/NAPS Portal from 10.02.2025 to 03.03.2025. Before applying against an opportunity, the candidate MUST ensure that their profile (Personal details, Educational details, Category etc.) along with aggregate percentage are appearing correctly in their application.
