IBPS Recruitment 2026 – Educational Qualification
1. Server Administrator Gr. ‘D’
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Electronics / Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent)
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of work experience in related field
- Essential Skillset: Hands-on experience on Linux Server Administration (RHEL or similar) AND at least elementary experience on Network Management (L3 Switch). Certification from a recognised body will be given weightage.
2. Assistant Gr. ‘B’
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university with minimum 60% aggregate marks preferably in Science / Commerce / Statistics / Mathematics / Economics / Computer Applications / IT / Data Analytics / Business Administration / Management
- Experience: Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification work experience in:
- Data validation, reconciliation, and verification
- Handling large datasets and MIS reporting
- Administrative / clerical roles with structured record management
- Data analysis using MS Excel in operational environments
- Experience in Banking / Financial Institutions / Examination bodies / Government organizations / large Corporate MIS environments will be preferred.
3. Programming Assistant Gr. ‘B’
- Qualification: Full time B.Sc IT / BCA / B.Sc Computer Science or equivalent OR Engineering Degree in Computer Science / IT
- Experience: Minimum 2 years post-qualification work experience in:
- Handling various applications in UNIX / Linux environment
- File handling, Data Entry, data transfer etc.
- Basic Knowledge of computer programming in any language
- Good knowledge of MS-Excel
- Added Advantage: Certificate course in Computer Programming; Experience in FORTRAN / Python programming language
