- Engineer (RE – Civil): Full-time BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engineering) in Civil Engineering with minimum 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD) + 3 years post-qualification experience
- Engineer (RE – Electrical): Full-time BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engineering) in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electrical, Instrumentation & Control / Power Systems & High Voltage / Power Electronics / Power Engineering with minimum 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD) + 3 years experience
- Engineer (RE – Mechanical): Full-time BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engineering) in Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Production & Industrial / Power Engineering with minimum 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD) + 3 years experience. Preference for ME/M.Tech
- Executive (RE – Human Resource): Graduates with 2 years full-time PG Degree/Diploma/Program in Management with specialization in HR / Industrial Relations / Personnel Management or MHROD or MBA (HR) with minimum 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD) + 3 years experience
- Executive (RE – Finance): Qualified CA/CMA + 1 year post-qualification experience
- Engineer (RE – Safety): Full-time Engineering Graduate in Mechanical/Production/Electrical/Civil/Power Engineering with 65% marks + full-time Diploma in Industrial Safety from Regional Labour Institute / Institution under Factories Act OR Full-time Engineering Degree in Industrial Safety / Fire & Safety with 65% marks + 3 years experience
- Executive (RE – CSR): Full-time PG Degree/Diploma/Programme in Rural Management / Rural Development / Displacement / Local Governance / Livelihoods / Social Entrepreneurship / Social Development / Resettlement / Community Development / Sustainable Development / Development Studies or MSW or MBA or Graduate in Engineering with minimum 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD) + 3 years experience
