Essential Qualifications : M.Sc. Physics / Materials Science / Nanoscience / Chemistry (or) M. E / M. Tech in Material Science / Nanoscience and Nanotechnology Final year students are also eligible to apply, proof of the required educational qualification should be produced on the date of interview. Desirable Qualification : Candidates secured first class / distinction in their PG and UG degree. Additionally candidates with research experience / interest in the field of semiconductors / nanomaterials / photocatalysis / electrochemistry will receive preferential consideration for Ph.D. registration.
