Qualifications :
Any bachelor degree in professional courses such as engineering, medicine, law, agriculture, veterinary science, or post-graduation in Arts & Science preferably Public Administration, Development 3 Studies, Economics or Social Sciences or a candidate on wait list under the CM fellowship programme.
Skills Preferable :
Should possess data analysis and presentation skills.
Should be conversant with use of social media
Should possess Project Management Skills
Experience of working/internship with a Development Organisation.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational abilities with a knack for multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a quick grasp of new software applications.
Knowing the local language of the respective FBDP is a requirement for all FBD Fellows.
