JNPA Recruitment 2025 – Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification (As on 10-10-2025)
Junior Engineers (Civil):
Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized Board/Institute with 3 years post-qualification experience in Civil construction/maintenance, OR
Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent with 6 years post-qualification experience in Civil construction/maintenance.
Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi & Hindi.
Trainee Civil Engineers:
Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent with 2 years post-qualification experience in Civil construction/maintenance, OR
Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi & Hindi.
Technical PA to Chief General Manager (PP&D):
Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent with 4 years post-qualification experience in Civil construction/maintenance and proficiency in computer knowledge (e.g., generating reports, preparing PPT), OR
Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent with 7 years post-qualification experience in Civil construction/maintenance and proficiency in computer knowledge.
Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi & Hindi.
