Post-wise essential qualifications and post-qualification experience listed below. Degrees must be from recognized universities/institutes. Computer literacy expected where noted.
Post-Graduate degree OR PG Diploma in Management OR MBA OR Engineering + Degree/Diploma in Management. Minimum 12 years relevant administrative experience after graduation with at least 3 years at Level-11 OR 6 years at Level-10 (or equivalent) in Govt/Autonomous/PSU/large organizations/educational institutions.
Senior Administrative Officer Gr-II
Post-Graduate degree OR PG Diploma in Management OR MBA OR Engineering + Degree/Diploma in Management. Minimum 10 years relevant administrative experience after graduation with at least 3 years in Level-10 or equivalent in Govt/Autonomous/PSU/large organizations/educational institutions.
Administrative Officer
Post-Graduate degree OR PG Diploma in Management OR MBA OR Engineering + Degree/Diploma in Management. Minimum 8 years post-qualification relevant administrative experience, of which 5 years should be in supervisory/independent role in Govt/Autonomous/PSU/large organizations/educational institutes.
Junior Systems Engineer Gr-II
B.Sc (CS/IT)/BCA OR B.E/B.Tech in CS/ECE/Electronics/IT. Minimum 6 years post-qualification relevant experience in Govt/Autonomous/PSU/large organizations/educational institutes (systems/IT roles).
Junior Assistant (Hindi)
Bachelor’s degree in Hindi with English as compulsory/elective or Bachelor’s degree in English with Hindi as compulsory/elective OR any other degree with Hindi & English as compulsory/elective at degree level. Must know Hindi typing and translation (EN↔HI). Minimum 4 years post-qualification relevant experience in Govt/Autonomous/PSU/large organizations/educational institutes.
Junior Accountant
Graduate in Commerce OR Any degree with Inter-CA / Inter-ICWA and computer operation knowledge. Minimum 4 years post-qualification relevant experience in Govt/Autonomous/PSU/large organizations/educational institutes.
