FACT Recruitment 2025: Fertilisers And Chemicals Travancore Limited (FACT) has announced a recruitment drive for Engineer (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil), Safety Officer, and Resident Construction Manager (RCM) posts on a contract basis, vide Notification No: 03/2025 dated 17.05.2025. Eligible candidates are invited to apply online from 17.05.2025 to 26.05.2025.

FACT Recruitment 2025 – Qualification Details
Engineer (Chemical)
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering / Petrochemical Engineering / Chemical Technology / Petrochemical Technology / Petroleum Refining & Petrochemical Engineering / Polymer Technology from a recognized university/institute approved by UGC/AICTE with minimum 60% marks. Experience: Minimum 1/2/3/5 years of post-qualification operating experience in fertilizer, refineries, oil and gas, petrochemicals, or CBG (compressed biogas) plants.
Engineer (Mechanical)
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university/institute approved by UGC/AICTE with minimum 60% marks. Experience: Minimum 1/2/3/5 years of post-qualification experience in construction projects. ASNT NDT certification is an added advantage.
Engineer (Electrical)
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering from a recognized university/institute approved by UGC/AICTE with minimum 60% marks. Experience: Minimum 1/2/3/5 years of post-qualification experience in construction projects.
Engineer (Instrumentation)
Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation / Instrumentation & Control / Electronics & Instrumentation / Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering from a recognized university/institute approved by UGC/AICTE with minimum 60% marks. Experience: Minimum 1/2/3/5 years of post-qualification experience in construction projects.
Engineer (Civil)
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university/institute approved by UGC/AICTE with minimum 60% marks. Experience: Minimum 1/2/3/5 years of post-qualification experience in construction projects.
Safety Officer
Bachelor’s Degree in Fire and Safety Engineering from a recognized university/institute approved by UGC/AICTE with minimum 60% marks. Experience: Minimum 1/2/3/5 years of post-qualification experience in safety in fertilizer, chemical, petroleum, oil and gas sectors, or on construction/project sites in these industries.
Resident Construction Manager (RCM)
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university/institute approved by UGC/AICTE with minimum 60% marks. Experience: Minimum 5/8/10 years of post-qualification experience at site in construction projects.
