CIBA Recruitment 2024 : ICAR-Central Institute Of Brackishwater Aquaculture has invites Online Application for recruitment to the Post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF), Field Worker in Chennai – Tamil Nadu.Eligible candidates can send an E-Mail on or before 03.01.2024 .
Essential Qualification:
1) MFSc degree in Aquaculture/Fish Biology/Fish Physiology & Biochemistry/ Fish Biotechnology/Microbiology and other relevant disciplines for the project
(2) MSc in Zoology /Life Sciences/Environmental Sciences/ Marine Biology/Aquatic Biology and other relevant disciplines for the project The candidates should fulfil any one of the following a. Scholars who are selected through National Eligibility Tests (NET) including lectureship (Assistant professorship) / GATE.
b. The candidates got admission to MFSc/MSc/MTech through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions such as ICAR, DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER etc. and completed post graduation.
Desirable: Research/work experience in fish hatchery/aquatic animal maintenance & handling/Field data collection
The post will be downgraded to Project Associate I for those not having the qualifications mentioned in a.) OR b.) with the salary as per DST norms
Field Worker
Essential Qualification:
Bachelor Degree in Life Sciences and other relevant disciplines for the project Should be able to assist in fish maintenance & handling and laboratory analysis.
