BPCL Eligibility Criteria
- Process Technician / Process Operator (Chemical): Diploma in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology
- Technician / Operator (Mechanical): Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Technician (Electrical): Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Electrical Power System / Electrical Engineering (Industrial Control)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year relevant post-qualification work experience or 1 year post-qualification apprenticeship training in a Refining / Petroleum / Power / Lube / Petrochemical / Fertilizer Industry of repute
Age Limit (As on 01.07.2026)
- UR: 18 – 25 Years
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: +5 Years
- OBC (NCL): +3 Years
- PwD: +10/13/15 Years
- Ex-Servicemen: As per Govt. Policy
