BEL Recruitment 2025: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has released Notification No: 383/TEMP-POSTS/HR/SW/2024-25 on 04.06.2025 at www.bel-india.in for the recruitment of 40 Senior Software Trainee-I, Junior Software Trainee-I, and Software Professionals-I posts on a temporary basis (1 year, extendable based on project needs). Eligible candidates can apply online from 04.06.2025 to 30.06.2025 to contribute to defense and aerospace electronics across Bengaluru, Ghaziabad, Vizag, Delhi, Indore, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Kochi.
Essential: MCA or M.Sc. in Computer Science with Pass Class from an accredited university/institute. Experience: 0–1 year relevant post-qualification experience in software development. Freshers eligible. Desirable: Knowledge of programming languages (C, C++, Java, Python) and software testing.
Junior Software Trainee-I
Essential: BCA or B.Sc. in Computer Science/IT with Pass Class from an accredited university/institute. Experience: 0–1 year relevant post-qualification experience in software development. Freshers eligible. Desirable: Familiarity with software tools and coding practices.
Software Professionals-I
Essential: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/Information Science/Data Science & Engineering/Artificial Intelligence/AI Engineering with Pass Class from an accredited university/institute. Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant post-qualification experience in software development and testing. Desirable: Expertise in embedded systems, AI/ML, or cybersecurity.
Note: Candidates must possess all required certificates by 30.06.2025 and upload scanned copies during online application. Originals must be presented at the interview.

Senior Software Trainee-I: Up to 28 years as on 30.06.2025.
Junior Software Trainee-I: Up to 26 years as on 30.06.2025.
Software Professionals-I: Up to 40 years as on 30.06.2025.
Age Relaxation: SC/ST: 5 years; OBC: 3 years; PwBD (Gen/EWS): 10 years; PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years; PwBD (OBC): 13 years; Ex-Servicemen: As per Govt. policy.
