BEL Recruitment 2025 – Post Qualification Experience
Trainee Engineer
Nil
Project Engineer
Minimum 2 years of relevant post qualification experience is required. Teaching/Academic/Apprenticeship/Internship Training/Research work will not be considered as relevant post qualification industrial experience, experience in banking and financial institutions, non-profit organisations and internship placements which are a part of academic curriculum will not be considered as experience. Work experience prior to completion of BE/B.Tech/B.Sc Engg., will also not qualify as post qualification experience. Candidates possessing Industrial experience only need to apply. The decision of the selection committee, with respect to relevance of experience will be final.
BEL Recruitment 2025 – Salary Details
Trainee Engineer – I
Per month Rs. 30,000/- for the First year, Rs. 35,000/- for 2nd year and Rs. 40,000/- for 3rd year.
Project Engineer – I
Per month Rs. 40,000/- for the First year, Rs. 45,000/- for 2 nd year, Rs. 50,000/- for 3rd year and Rs. 55,000/- for 4th year.
