• Junior Technician (Electrician, Electronic Mechanic, Electroplater, Fitter, Forger & Heat Treater, Foundrymen, Machinist, Mechanic Machine Tool Maintenance, OMHE, Painter, Quality Assurance Assistant, Rigger, Welder) – NTC/NAC in relevant trade issued by NCVT
• Junior Manager (Electrical) – B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Junior Manager (Electronics) – B.E./B.Tech in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• Junior Manager (Human Resources) – Graduate + MBA (HR) or PG Diploma in HR / PM&IR / Social Work
• Junior Manager (Mechanical) – B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Junior Manager (Metallurgy) – B.E./B.Tech in Metallurgy Engineering or equivalent
• Junior Manager (Official Language) – Degree + Diploma in Hindi Translation or M.A in Hindi
