Age Relaxation: SC/ST: 5 years (up to 29), OBC: 3 years (up to 27), PwBD-General/EWS: 10 years (up to 34), PwBD-SC/ST: 15 years (up to 39), PwBD-OBC: 13 years (up to 37), Ex-Servicemen: Additional 10 years or service rendered + 3 years (per Govt. policy).
Note: Candidates must submit self-attested copies of 10th certificate, ITI certificate (NCVT/SCVT), ID proof (e.g., Aadhaar, voter ID), recent passport-size photograph (<50 KB), signature (<50 KB), and Community/PwBD certificate (if applicable) during application.
Eastern Railway Apprentice Recruitment 2025 – Selection Process
Merit List: Based on average of 10th class (minimum 50% aggregate) and ITI marks (equal weightage, e.g., [80% 10th + 90% ITI]/2 = 85%), prepared trade/unit/community-wise. No written exam or interview.
Document Verification (DV): Verification of 10th certificate, ITI certificate, ID proof, Community/PwBD certificate (if applicable). Schedule will be published on https://rrcer.org/. Candidates must bring original certificates, a valid photo ID, and four passport-size photographs.
