Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain intelligent workflows with automations and AI solutions for FP&A processes
- Transform complex datasets into actionable intelligence using data visualization and AI insights
- Bridge Finance and Technology teams for better data preparation for AI models
- Utilize prompt engineering and generative AI tools for financial reporting and variance analysis
- Develop end-to-end automated solutions and data visualizations using Qlik / Looker
- Work with LLM APIs (Claude, Gemini, etc.) for financial automation
- Support C-Suite Executive reporting with high accuracy
- Collaborate on AI agentic systems and modern finance practices
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of experience in Financial Report Automation, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics
- Hands-on experience or strong exposure to AI tools, prompt engineering, and LLMs (Claude, Gemini, etc.)
- Experience with Qlik Sense, Looker, or similar BI visualization tools
- Strong knowledge of ETL processes, SQL, and report automation tools (Knime, Alteryx, etc.)
- Familiarity with Python or Google Apps Script is a plus
