- Download and read the UPSC Recruitment Notification 2025 thoroughly to confirm eligibility for the desired post.
- Register on the One Time Registration (OTR) portal at upsconline.nic.in using a valid email ID and mobile number, ensuring both remain active for communication.
- Log in to the OTR portal, go to the ‘Latest Notification’ tab, and select the advertisement for Officer and Specialist posts to access the online application form.
- Fill the application form with accurate personal, educational, and professional details, and upload scanned copies of required documents, including a recent photograph, signature, educational certificates (Diploma, Degree, LLB, B.Sc, BE/B.Tech, MBBS, Masters, ME/M.Tech, MD, MS, M.Sc, MPH, DMRD), and ID proof.
