UGC-DAE Recruitment 2025: The UGC-DAE Consortium for Scientific Research has announced a recruitment drive for Engineer-D (2 vacancies) and Scientist-D (1 vacancy) positions. Interested and eligible candidates can submit their applications online through the official website csr.res.in between 11th April 2025 and 2nd May 2025.
B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics Engineering (or equivalent) with 4 years of experience in Electronics Engineering. (OR) M.E./M.Tech. in Electronics Engineering (or equivalent) with 2 years of experience in Electronics Engineering. (OR) Ph.D. with research in core Electronics Engineering.
Engineer-D – For Mumbai Centre
B.E./B.Tech. in Metallurgical Engineering or Material Science Engineering (or equivalent) with 4 years of extensive experience in Crystal Growth and technology. (OR) M.E./M.Tech. in Material Science Engineering or Metallurgical Engineering (or equivalent) with Minimum 2 years of extensive experience in Crystal Growth and technology. (OR) Ph.D. with research experience in Crystal Growth, crystal orientation and characterization. The candidate should have proven experience growing single crystals using various growth methods. Knowledge of crystal orientation and cutting is mandatory. The candidate should also be able to set up a crystal growth facility.
Scientist-D
Five years of research experience in Device Physics (Experimental) with an M.Sc. in Physics. OR Ph.D. with experimental device physics research experience. AND At least three peer-reviewed journal papers that demonstrate a thorough understanding of the subject.
