Online Exam: Objective-type exam with sections on General Awareness, English Language, Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, Quantitative Ability, and General Banking (based on IBPS standards, 150 questions, 120 minutes, 0.25 negative marking per wrong answer).
Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview (in English) to assess communication skills, industry knowledge, and suitability.
