Engineer (Mechanical) in E-2 Grade

Engineer (Geology & GeoTechnical) in E-2 Grade
Full Time regular Degree in M.Sc. (Geology)/M.Sc. (Applied Geology)/M.Tech. (Applied Geology)/Integrated M.Tech. in Geological Technology/ M.Tech. in Engineering Geology (should have studied Geology at Graduation level) from a recognized Indian University/ Institute approved by AICTE with minimum 60% marks or equivalent or equivalent grade in Master’s degree.
Engineer (Environment) in E-2 Grade
Full- Time B.E/B.Tech with M.Tech. in Environment Engineering from a recognized Indian University or Institute recognized by appropriate statutory authority in India with not less than 60% marks.
Engineer (Mining) in E-2 Grade
Full Time degree in Mining Engineering with minimum 60% or equivalent grade from recognized University/Institute by appropriate statutory authority in India. AND A current DGMS First-Class Manager’s Certificate in Coal.
Executive (Human Resource) in E-2 Grade
Full-Time (Regular) MBA with Specialization in Personnel Management (HR as Main or Major Subject)/HRD/HRM with minimum 60% marks or Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management/IR/Labour Welfare with minimum 60% marks or Minimum 2 years full time Post Graduate Diploma in PM& IR/ Labour Welfare with minimum 60% marks or Masters in Social Work or MHROD of a university or institute approved by the relevant statutory body.
Executive (Finance) in E-2 Grade
CA/CMA qualified, from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/The Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
Engineer for Wind Power Projects in E-2 Grade
Full Time B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.)/in relevant Discipline from recognized University or institute recognized by appropriate statutory authority in India with not less than 60% marks.

THDC Recruitment 2025 – Salary Details
The selected candidates for the post of Engineer/Executive in E-2 Grade will be placed at minimum basic pay of Rs.
50,000 in the pay scale of Rs. 50,000-3%-1,60,000 (IDA).
Selected candidates will be in probation for a period of 1 year from date of joining and on successful completion of probation period the candidate shall be regularized in same pay grade (i.e E-2 Grade in Pay Scale of 50,000-3%-1,60,000).
