Sainik School Amethi Recruitment 2024 – Educational Qualification Details
TGT (Maths)
Essential Qualification :
(a) Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks in the concerned subject /combination of subject and in aggregate. Candidate have studied maths in all three years of Graduation with any two subjects out of Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, Computer Science, Statistics OR
(b) In case of an Hon. Degree in Maths, the candidate should be studied Maths in all the three years of Graduation with at least 50 % marks in aggregate and any two subjects indicated in para (a) above with at least 50% marks in each subject at Graduation level and also at least 50% marks in Graduation. Note. BA (Hon) in any subject other than Maths are not eligible for the TGT (Maths). AND
(c) B Ed or equivalent degree from a recognized University.
(d) Pass in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) conducted by Central Govt CBSE or State Teacher Eligibility Test conducted by State Government in accordance with the guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose.
(e) Proficiency in teaching in English medium.
Desirable:
(a) Candidate possessing PG Degree or any other higher qualification will be given preference.
(b) Candidate with experience of teaching in residential school, ability to teach through English medium and proficiency in games as well as in co-curricular activities will be given preference.
(c) Candidate with knowledge of computer applications will be given preference.
TGT (Social Science)
Educational :
(a) Any one of the following. (i) Graduate in/with History, Geography, Economics and Political Science of which one must be either History or Geography and a recognized Degree /Diploma in education. OR (ii) Honours Degree in History, with Geography/Economics/ Political Science in first and/or second year of graduation and a recognized Degree /Diploma in education. OR (iii) Honours degree in Geography, with History/Economics/ Political Science in first and/or second year of graduation and a recognized Degree /Diploma in education. OR (iv) B.A.Ed. with subjects concerned from Regional College of Education.
(b) Pass in the Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET), conducted by Central Govt or State Govt.
(c) Proficiency in teaching in English Language. Desirable:
(a) Having PG Degree or any other higher qualification.
(b) Experience of teaching in residential Public Schools, proficiency in games as well as in co-curricular activities.
TGT (General Science)
Educational :
(a) Any of the following: (i) Graduate with Physics and Chemistry/Biology as a subject (either honours or subsidiary level) and a recognized Degree/Diploma in Education OR (ii) B.Sc.Ed of Regional Colleges of Education OR (iii) B.Tech (Education) of Regional Colleges of Education, N.C.E.R.T (eligible to teach Physics only) (d)
(b) Pass in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET), conducted by Central Govt or UPTET conducted by State Govt of UP. Proficiency in teaching in English Language.
Desirable :
(a) (a) Having PG Degree or any other higher qualification.
(b) Experience of teaching in residential Public Schools, proficiency in games as well as in co-curricular activities.
TGT (Hindi)
Educational:
(a) Four years integrated degree course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject with at least 50 % marks in aggregate. OR Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50 % marks in the concerned subject/combination of subject and in aggregate. AND
(b) B.Ed or equivalent degree from a recognized University.
(c) Must have qualified CTET/UP TET.
(d) Hindi as a subject in all three years of graduation.
Desirable :
(a) Candidates possessing PG Degree or any other higher qualification will be given preference.
(b) Candidates with experience of teaching in residential public school, ability to teach through English medium and proficiency in games as well as in co—curricular activities will be given preference.
(c) Candidates with knowledge of Computer Applications will be given preference.
Art Master
Educational :
(a) Any of the following. (i) Graduate with Drawing and Painting/Art/Fine Art with minimum two years full time diploma from a recognized institute. OR (ii) M.A. in Drawing and Painting/Fine Art from a recognized University. OR (iii) Higher Secondary /Intermediate /Senior Secondary examination with minimum 4 years full time diploma in painting / fine arts from a recognized institute. (b) Able to converse fluently in English.
Desirable :
(a) Experience of teaching in residential Public Schools.
(b) Proficiency in games as well as in co-curricular activities.
Lab Assistant (Science Lab)
Educational :
(a) Intermediate Science or equivalent in the subject from the recognized board.
(b) Proficiency in teaching in English medium.
Librarian
Educational :
(i) Graduate with Degree/Diploma in Library Science from a recognized institution
(ii) Ability to converse fluently in English.
Desirable :
(i) Knowledge of Computer Applications
(ii) Knowledge of E-Granthalaya or related library software
Counsellor
Educational :
