NPCIL Recruitment 2025: The Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL) has announced recruitment for 197 posts, including Stipendiary Trainees/Scientific Assistant (ST/SA) (Category-I), Stipendiary Trainees/Technician (ST/TN) (Category-II), and Assistant Grade-1 (HR, F&A, C&MM), under notification No. NPCIL/KAKRAPAR GUJARAT SITE/HRM/01/2025, released on 21.05.2025 at npcilcareers.co.in. Eligible candidates can apply online from 28.05.2025 at 10:00 AM to 17.06.2025 at 04:00 PM for vacancies at the Kakrapar Gujarat Site.
3-year Diploma with 60% marks in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Chemical Engineering (after 10th/12th) or 2-year Diploma via lateral entry after HSC, approved by AICTE. English as a subject at 10th or 12th level. Lateral entry after 10th+ITI not eligible.
B.Sc. with 60% marks (Physics as principal with Chemistry/Math/Stats/Electronics & CS as subsidiary, or Chemistry as principal with Physics/Math/Stats/Electronics & CS as subsidiary, or Physics, Math, Chemistry with equal weightage). Math at HSC essential. English as a subject at SSC or HSC level.
SSC with 50% marks in Science and Math + 2-year ITI in Fitter, Electrician, Electronics, Instrumentation, Welder, Machinist, AC Mechanic, or Diesel Mechanic. For ITI courses <2 years, 1-year relevant experience or apprenticeship required. English as a subject at SSC level. 2021 SSC pass without marks due to COVID-19 exempt from 50% criterion.
Assistant Grade-1 (HR)
Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks from a recognized university/institution.
Assistant Grade-1 (F&A)
Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks from a recognized university/institution.
Assistant Grade-1 (C&MM)
Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks from a recognized university/institution.
Age Relaxation: SC/ST: 5 years, OBC: 3 years, PwBD (Gen/EWS): 10 years, PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years, PwBD (OBC): 13 years, Ex-Servicemen: As per Govt. policy.

ST/TN (Cat-II): Preliminary Test (50 MCQs, General Knowledge/Math/Science), Advanced Test (50 MCQs, trade-specific), Document Verification.
Assistant Grade-1 (HR, F&A, C&MM): Preliminary Test (50 MCQs), Advanced Test (50 MCQs), Skill Test (typing, computer proficiency), Document Verification.
