- AND full-time Post-Graduate qualification: MBA (regular/full-time) with specified specialisations (HR/Organisation Development/Labour Relations/Industrial Relations/Organisational Behaviour/Industrial Relations & HR, etc.) OR equivalent full-time PG qualification (e.g., Post-Graduate Diploma) from UGC/AICTE recognised institutions.

- Full-time Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with **minimum 60%** marks AND full-time MBA (Finance) / Post-Graduate qualification OR equivalent (regular/full-time).
