NPCIL 2025 – Post-wise Educational Qualification

Deputy Manager (HR)
  • Full-time Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with **minimum 60%** marks (55% for PwBD where specified).
  • AND full-time Post-Graduate qualification: MBA (regular/full-time) with specified specialisations (HR/Organisation Development/Labour Relations/Industrial Relations/Organisational Behaviour/Industrial Relations & HR, etc.) OR equivalent full-time PG qualification (e.g., Post-Graduate Diploma) from UGC/AICTE recognised institutions.
Deputy Manager (F&A)
  • Full-time Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with **minimum 60%** marks AND full-time MBA (Finance) / Post-Graduate qualification OR equivalent (regular/full-time).
  • Alternatively, candidates having professional qualifications such as **CA / CMA / CFA** are also considered (see PDF for exact acceptable combinations and any experience conditions).
Deputy Manager (C&MM)
  • Full-time Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any branch) OR full-time Bachelor’s degree in any discipline **plus** full-time MBA (Supply Chain / Operations / Logistics / Materials Management / SCM specialisations) with **minimum 60%** marks as specified.
