Masters’ degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade ‘B’ in the UGC ‘7’ point scale from a recognised University/ Institute.
Assistant
Graduate of a recognised University with atleast five years office experience.
Stenographer Grade D
1) 12th pass or equivalent from a recognised Board or University 2) Skill test norms: Dictation 10 minutes @ 80 wpm & Transcription 50 minutes in English or 65 minutes in Hindi (on computer)
