• Scale 10x Supplier acquisition of respective city or cities
• Scale Meesho penetration into respective Supply Hubs or offline hubs within or around the city
• Mentor, motivate & provide direction to a team of Business Development executives on Meesho’s values & principles across your team
• Work with central teams to ensure best selection, affordable prices and high discovery on the platform
• Develop robust processes for smooth execution of all criteria
• Compile and evaluate metrics for success assessment of individual and team level tasks
• Scale success metrics of Suppliers across city in terms of Various supplier metrics like Order activation, Dispatch, Deliveries, GMV & NMV
• Collaborate with the Regional manager on getting 10X achievement on targets assigned
• Take Individual ownership in activating B2B only hubs and collect niche trends as per category direction
• Willing to travel extensively across the City and within the state if required. This is a field work role
Intern – Social Media
• Content Creation: Create captivating and visually appealing videos and photos in line with our brand identity and resonate with the target audience.
• Copywriting: Craft compelling and engaging copy for social media posts, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and values. Develop content strategies that drive audience engagement and reflect the essence of the brand.
• Community Engagement: Monitor various social media channels to foster relationships with key influencers and increase the company’s visibility. Build and maintain connections to expand our online community.
• Real-Time Response: Promptly respond to comments, messages, and reviews across social media platforms, fostering positive interactions and enhancing user experience. This DOES NOT include customer escalations, there’s a separate team for that.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using relevant metrics. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to optimize future strategies and maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Staying Up-to-Date: Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in social media marketing. Implement innovative strategies based on emerging trends to continually improve our social media initiatives

About Meesho
Meesho is an online shopping platform owned by the Indian company Fashnear Technologies Private Limited. It is an online marketplace that facilitates trade between suppliers, resellers and customers, with heavy reliance of external social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.Fashnear Technologies Private Limited was established by IIT Delhi graduates Vidit Aatrey and Sanjeev Barnwal in July, 2015[6] as an on-demand delivery service like Swiggy but for fashion products from local shops. The startup failed. In 2016, the founders came up with the idea of re-establishing the platform as Meesho, one that would enable country-wide shipping for resellers with the use of social media sites as tools for marketing.
