Overview
Develop & maintain high-quality test automation frameworks & scripts for KLA’s advanced semiconductor inspection & metrology systems. Work in agile teams to ensure flawless product quality through automated functional, regression & performance testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand system architecture, customer workflows & product requirements
- Translate requirements into automation strategy & comprehensive test coverage
- Build & maintain scalable test automation framework (Playwright preferred)
- Automate critical user flows (smoke, regression, high-risk paths)
- Develop service-level & API validations – end-to-end data flow testing
- Apply AI-assisted automation techniques for reliability & maintenance
- Create & maintain test plans, suites & execution pipelines
- Execute automated tests, analyze failures & improve stability
