| Assistant Sub-Inspector (Laboratory Technician) | i) Pass in the Senior Secondary Certificate (10+2) Examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as subject from an recognized Board or equivalent. ii) Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) from a recognized institution. iii) One year experience as lab Technician in medical set up. |
| Assistant Sub-Inspector (Radiographer) | i) Pass in the Senior Secondary Certificate (10+2) Examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as subject ii) Diploma in Radio Diagnosis. |
| Assistant Sub-Inspector (OT Technician) | i) Passed 12th examination or equivalent from a recognized board or University; and ii) Diploma or certificate in physiotherapy from an institution recognized by the Central or the State Government. |
| Assistant Sub-Inspector (Physiotherapist) | i) Passed 12th examination or equivalent with science from a recognized board or University; and ii) Diploma or certificate in Operation Theatre Technician |
