IPA Recruitment 2024 : Indian Ports Association (IPA) invites Offline application for recruitment to the Post of Senior Manager (IT), Manager (IT), Deputy Manager (IT) in New Delhi. Eligible candidates can Apply Offline on or before 24.06.2024.
Qualification : Degree in Computer/IT Engineering or Technology or Masters’ Degree in Computer Applications or M.Sc. (Computer Science / Information Technology) from a recognized University or Institute.
Experience : Minimum 5 years’ experience in the in the area of Information Technology or System Implementation or e-Governance etc. in a responsible capacity.
Desirable : Experience in implementing solutions with emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence, IoT, 5G, SAP, ERP, POS, PCS etc. Preference shall be given to the candidates who have desirable experience.
Manager (IT)

About IPA
The Indian Ports Association was formed in 1966 for controlling the operation of 12 major ports. It works under the supervision of Ministry of Shipping and was formed with the objective of undertaking research related to planning and organisation, fixing wages of staff working in the 12 ports and making efforts on promoting technical and economic situations relating to ports. The organisation also acts as an integration of national and international organisations forming part of port and harbour organisations, port management allied activities and liaises between the Ministry of Shipping, ports, and other agencies related to Government. One of the main objectives of the organisation is to promote uniformity and standardise the functions in ports.
