Research Associate
Essential Qualification : Ph.D Degree Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics from a reputed university or Institute. The candidate should have at least two publications in respected journals. Knowledge of machine learning and dynamical systems theory is required.
Research Associate
Essential Qualification : Ph.D (or submitted PhD thesis) in science, engineering or mathematics, with at least 2 publications in respected Journals in bioinformatics/ computational biology Familiarity with next generation sequencing pipelines and file formats including RNA-seq, ChlP-seq. Programming expertise in Python or R.
Project Assistant
Essential Qualification : Master’s degree (or) 4-year bachelor’s degree n any field of science, engineering or mathematics. Essential skills: Familiarity with python or R programming, familiarity with basic bio informatics data and file formats, familiarity with NGS assays and in particular RNA-seq Project overview: Studying the transcriptional regulation from single-cell data This will involve integrating diverse sources of high-throughput data from public databases and developing new algorithms to learn from diem.
Project Assistant
Essential Qualification : M. Tech in Biotechnology from a reputed institution with at least 2 years experience post.M.Tech in a research lab. Desirable qualifications: Proficient in Cellular and Molecular Biology experimental techniques.

Essential Qualification : B.Sc in Physics or Mathematics from a reputed institution with knowledge of computational techniques. Should know programming. Desirable qualifications: Proficient is Graphic Design and/or Scientific Visualization.
