- Minimum Educational Qualification: M.Tech/ME. In Power Electronics or equivalent. Prospective candidate must have done final year M. Tech dissertation in the area of Power Electronics.
- Desirable Experience: – Prospective candidate should have demonstrated analytical results through experiments in the final year M. Tech dissertation.
- Preferable experience/exposure: – Experience in designing and building hardware setup would be preferred.

- Desired & Preferable Experience: – For B Tech/MSc Candidates, research experience of 2 years is desired.
