- Written Test (100 objective questions, 400 marks, 2 hours, bilingual English/Hindi, 4 marks per correct answer, 1 mark deducted per wrong answer; Minimum Qualifying Marks: General/EWS: 50%, OBC: 45%, SC/ST: 40%)
- Personal Interview (70 marks, 5% of marks for desirable qualification like Ph.D.)
