IBPS RRB Recruitment 2025 – Selection Process
- Preliminary Examination: For Office Assistants and Officer Scale-I, a bilingual (English/Hindi) online exam with Reasoning (40 marks) and Numerical Ability (40 marks), 45 minutes duration, with negative marking (0.25 per wrong answer).
- Mains/Single Examination: Office Assistants: Reasoning (50 marks), Numerical Ability (50 marks), General Awareness (40 marks), English/Hindi Language (40 marks), Computer Knowledge (20 marks), 200 marks total, 2 hours. Officer Scale-I: Similar structure with Quantitative Aptitude instead of Numerical Ability. Officer Scale-II and III: Single exam with sections on Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness, English/Hindi Language, Computer Knowledge, and Professional Knowledge (for specialist cadres), 200 marks, 2–2.5 hours.
- Interview (Officers Scale-I, II, III): Conducted by Nodal RRBs with NABARD and IBPS coordination, 100 marks, to assess suitability for officer roles.
- Document Verification: Candidates must provide original and self-attested copies of educational certificates, ID proof, experience certificates, caste certificates, and local language proficiency certificates during verification.
