IBPS Clerk Recruitment 2025: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the official notification for the Common Recruitment Process (CRP CSA-XV) to recruit 10,277 Customer Service Associates (Clerk) posts across 11 public sector banks in India, excluding SBI, for the financial year 2026-27. The online application window is open from 01.08.2025 to 21.08.2025 at ibps.in. Eligible candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree and aged 20-28 years can apply.
A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. of India or equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government. Candidates must possess a valid mark sheet/Degree Certificate indicating graduation status and percentage of marks at the time of registration. Computer Literacy: Operating and working knowledge in computer systems is mandatory. Proficiency in the Official Language of the State/UT (ability to read, write, and speak) is required.

Objective Test (100 marks, 60 minutes, sectional timing: English Language – 30 Qs, 30 Marks (20 mins); Numerical Ability – 35 Qs, 35 Marks (20 mins); Reasoning Ability – 35 Qs, 35 Marks (20 mins). Negative marking: 0.25 marks per wrong answer. Qualifying in nature.
Main Examination
Objective Test (200 marks, 120 minutes, sectional timing): General/Financial Awareness – 50 Qs, 50 Marks (35 mins); General English – 40 Qs, 40 Marks (35 mins); Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude – 50 Qs, 60 Marks (45 mins); Quantitative Aptitude – 50 Qs, 50 Marks (45 mins). Negative marking: 0.25 marks per wrong answer. Final merit based on Mains score.
Language Proficiency Test
Qualifying test to verify proficiency in the official language of the State/UT (reading, writing, speaking).
Visit the official IBPS website ibps.in and navigate to the ‘CRP Clerks’ section to access the online application link for CRP CSA-XV.
Click on ‘Click here for New Registration’, enter basic details (Name, Mobile Number, Email ID), and complete registration to receive a Registration ID and Password.
Log in using the Registration ID and Password, verify the CAPTCHA, and fill in personal, educational, and contact details accurately.
Upload scanned copies of required documents in the prescribed format: recent passport-size photograph (200×230 pixels, 20-50 KB, JPG/JPEG), signature (140×60 pixels, 10-20 KB, JPG/JPEG), left thumb impression (240×240 pixels, 20-50 KB, JPG/JPEG), and handwritten declaration (“I, [Name], hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true, and valid…” as per IBPS format, 50-100 KB, JPG/JPEG).
Pay the application fee online (Rs. 850 for UR/OBC, Rs. 175 for SC/ST/PwD/Ex-Servicemen) using Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, or Mobile Wallets.
Review the application in the ‘Preview’ section, make corrections if needed (note: an ‘Edit Window’ may be available post-submission, dates to be announced), and click ‘Final Submit’.
Save and print the e-receipt and application form for future reference.
Keep the registered email ID and mobile number active for updates on admit cards, exam dates, and results.
