IARI Recruitment 2024 : ICAR-Indian Agricultural Research Institute invites Offline Application for Recruitment to the Post of Research Associate, Project Associate in New-Delhi. Eligible candidates can Attend Walk-in on 21.06.2024 .
With Doctoral degree : Ph.D.in MolecularBiology/ Biotechnology/ Microbiology/ Biochemistry/ any relevant discipline of Life Sciences with desirable experience.
With Master’s degree holders : Master’s degree in Molecular Biology/Biotechnology/ Microbiology/Biochemistry/any relevant discipline of Life Sciences with 4/5 years of Bachelor’s degree having 1st Division or 60% marks or equivalent overall grade point average, with at least three years of research experience as evidenced from Fellowship/ Associateship/ Training/ other engagements as circulated vide F. No. 2-9/2012-HRD dated 25.04.2014 and one research paper in Science Citation Index (SCI)/NAAS rated (≥4.0) Journal as per OM SR/S9/Z09/2018 of DST dated 30.01.2019.
Desirable : Experience in recombinant DNA technology.
Project Associate
Essential : i) Master’s degree in Plant Molecular Biology/Biotechnology / Microbiology /Biochemistry/Life Sciences or Post graduate degree in basic sciences (Botany and allied sciences) selected through a process described through any one of the following :
I. Scholars who are selected through National Eligibility Tests – CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) and GATE.
II. The selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER etc (as per the DST guidelines vide SR/S9/Z-08/2018 dated 30.01.2019)
OR
ii) 25000/- +HRA for others who do not fall in the above category (I and II).
Desirable : Experience in recombinant DNA technology.
