Deputy General Manager (Projects & Operations)
    Essential Qualification: Degree in Engineering with minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University.
    Experience: 18 years
Assistant General Manager (Ship Building & Ship Repair)
    Essential Qualification: Degree in Mechanical/Naval Architecture/Electrical/ Marine Engineering with minimum 60 % marks from a recognized University.
    Desirable: Proficiency in Computer Applications like AutoCAD, SAP, MS Office, MS Project etc.
    Experience: 15 years
Manager (Mechanical)
    Essential Qualification: Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University.
    Experience: 09 years
    Desirable: Experience of working in an ERP/ SAP/ computerized environment.
Deputy Manager (Estate & Administration)
    Essential Qualification:

  • Master Degree in Business Administration with minimum of 60% marks.
  • Post Graduate Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/ Management (Two years) with minimum of 60% marks.

    • Experience: 09 years
    Desirable:

  • Knowledge of Rules relating to Estate matters etc., as applicable to the state of WB.
  • Proficiency in Computer Applications like SAP, ERP, Timekeeping software, MS Office etc.
  • The candidate should have good communication skills & working knowledge in Hindi/Bengali.
Deputy Manager (Finance)
    Essential Qualification: Degree from a recognized University and pass in the final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
    Experience: 07 years
    Desirable:

  • Experience of working in an Good communication skills and working knowledge in Hindi or Bengali.
Deputy Manager (Safety)
    Essential Qualification:

  • A degree of a recognized University or its equivalent in any branch of engineering or technology with two years’ experience in a position of supervision or management in a factory in either the production or maintenance or safety department, OR
    Bachelor Degree in Physics and Chemistry with 5 years’ experience in a position of supervision, or management in a factory in either the production or the maintenance or the safety department, OR
    Diploma in any Discipline of engineering or technology recognized by the State Government with 5 years’ experience in a position of supervision or management in a factory in either the production or the maintenance or the safety department.
  • Bachelor degree or diploma or certificate in industrial safety recognized by the State Govt.

    • Experience: 07 years
    Desirable:

  • Experience of working in an SAP/ ERP/computerized environment.
  • The candidate shall have good communication skills. Working knowledge in Hindi/Bengali.
