GSL Recruitment 2024 : Goa Shipyard Limited has invites Online application for recruitment to the Post of 09 Junior Supervisor (Canteen), Junior Supervisor (Electrical -Safety), Assistant Superintendent (Finance), Assistant Superintendent (Commercial), Nurse (Male) Posts in Goa. Eligible candidates can apply online on or before 27.03.2024.
Educational : Graduate in Hotel management / Hospitality and Hotel Administration from a recognized institute OR Graduate in any discipline with diploma in Hotel management or catering management from a recognized institute.
Work Experience: Minimum 2 years post qualification relevant work experience in handling industrial canteen or hotel or large food establishment.
Desirable: Adequate working knowledge of Konkani/Marathi along with Hindi & English.
Junior Supervisor (Electrical -Safety)
Educational : Diploma in Electrical Engineering and one year full time Diploma in Industrial Safety awarded by Board of Technical Education of any State Government / Union territory or CLI, RLI (Ministry of Labour)
Work Experience: The candidate should possess minimum 2 years post qualification relevant work experience in the supervisory capacity in a factory.
Desirable: Adequate working knowledge of Konkani/Marathi along with Hindi & English.
Assistant Superintendent (Finance)
Educational : Graduate having passed Intermediate examination from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Institute of Cost Accountants of India OR MBA Finance
Work Experience: The candidate should have minimum 02 years post qualification relevant work experience in Finance function.
Desirable: Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Finance recognized by Govt of India. Adequate working knowledge of Konkani/Marathi along with Hindi & English.
Assistant Superintendent (Commercial)
Educational : Graduate / 03 years Diploma from recognized university / Institute with minimum 01 year certification course or minimum 01 year Diploma in Materials Management/Commercial/Supply Chain Management from a recognized institute / university
Work Experience:The candidate should have minimum 02 years post qualification relevant work experience.
Desirable: Two years Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Commercial/Supply Chain Management/Materials management from recognized university /Institute. Adequate working knowledge of Konkani/Marathi along with Hindi & English
Nurse (Male)
Educational : B. Sc Nursing or Minimum 2 years full time Diploma Course in Nursing & Midwifery from recognized Institute / Board / University.
Work Experience: The candidate should have two years working experience in a hospital or Government / PSU medical centres.
Desirable: Adequate working knowledge of Konkani/Marathi along with Hindi & English

It has designed and constructed Training Simulators for the Indian Navy and Oil & Natural Gas Corporation. A series of Interceptor boats have been built for the Ministry of Home Affairs and are used by the Coastal State Police on the west coast. The Damage Control Simulator built by Goa Shipyard for the Indian Navy, incidentally, is the only one of its kind in Asia and one of the very few existing worldwide.
