Executive Trainee (Human Resource)
Two year Master’s Degree or equivalent Degree or equivalent Diploma or Post Graduate Degree in any of the following areas, with minimum of Sixty Five Percentage marks from a recognized University :- (i) Master’s Degree in Business Administration with specialization in HR or equivalent Degree with specialization in HR or equivalent Diploma with specialization in HR OR (ii) Post Graduate Degree in Social Work with specialization in Personnel Management or Labour Welfare & Industrial Relations OR (iii) Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management.

Pass in the final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
CSL Recruitment 2025 – Salary Details
Executive Trainee
Rs. 80,280/- Per Month. The Annual CTC (at the minimum of the E1 scale) is 14 lakhs approximately.

CSL Recruitment 2025 – Age Details
The upper age limit prescribed for all the posts shall be 27 years as on 06 January 2025, i.e. applicants should be born on or after 07 January 1998.
CSL Recruitment 2025 – Application Fee
Application fee of ₹1000/-(Non refundable, plus bank charges extra) should be remitted using the Online payment options (Debit card/Credit card/Internet Banking/Wallets/UPI etc) which can be accessed through the Online application portal from 06 December 2024 to 06 January 2025. No other mode of payment will be accepted.
Applicants belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC)/ Scheduled Tribe (ST) need not pay application fee. For the posts of Executive Trainee (Information Technology Human Resource/Finance), applicants belonging to PwBD category need not pay application fee. They are exempted from payment of application fee.

Phase-I – Objective Type Online Test
Phase-II – Group Discussion (GD), Writing Skills and Personal Interview

The application consists of two phases – One time Registration and submission of application against the post applicable. Applicants should not submit more than one application. Application once submitted shall be final.

About Cochin Shipyard Limited
Cochin Shipyard Ltd (CSL) is the largest shipbuilding and maintenance facility in India. It is part of a line of maritime-related facilities in the port-city of Kochi, in the state of Kerala, India. Of the services provided by the shipyard are building platform supply vessels and double-hulled oil tankers. It built the first indigenous aircraft carrier for the Indian Navy, the INS Vikrant. The company has Miniratna status. History Cochin Shipyard was incorporated in 1972 as a Government of India company, with the first phase of facilities coming Offline in 1982. In August 2012, the Government of India announced plans of divestment to raise capital of Rs. 15 billion for further expansion through an initial public offering (IPO) towards the end of the fiscal year. The government finalised the decision of stake sale on 18 November 2015. 33.9 million shares will be sold, out of which the government is holding 113,000 shares while the others are fresh equity. However, this did not materialise until August 2017, when the company conducted its IPO and listed its shares on the BSE and NSE.
