| Scientist ‘B’ | Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology from a accredited University or Institution in Civil Engineering – 03 posts, Environmental Engineering – 04 posts, Chemical Engineering – 01 post, Mechanical Engineering – 01 post, Instrumentation Engineering – 02 posts, Artificial Intelligence – 01 post, Computer Science – 01 post, and Information Technology – 01 post Preferential: Master’s Degree in Engineering / Technology Or
Master’s Degree in Chemistry – 03 posts, Environmental Science – 03 posts and Microbiology – 02 posts from a accredited University or Institution. |

| Accounts Assistant | (i) Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from a recognized University or Institution.
(ii) With three years’ experience in accounts, audit, cash handling or any other related work in an organisation or institution of repute. |
| Junior Translator | (i) master’s degree of a recognised University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; or
(ii) master’s degree of a recognised University in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; or (iii) master’s degree of a recognised University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; or (iv) master’s degree of a recognised University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with English medium and Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; or (v) master’s degree of a recognised University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi and AD-11013/16/2023-ADMIN-R-HO-CPCB-HO I/13581/2025 English as a compulsory or elective or either of the two as a medium of examination and the other as a compulsory or elective subject at degree level; and (vi) recognised diploma or certificate course in translation from Hindi to English and vice versa or two years’ experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in Central or State Government including Government of India Undertaking. |

| Stenographer Grade-II | (a) 12th standard passed or equivalent from a recognised Board. (b) Skill test norms: 1. Dictation: 10 minutes @ 80 words per minute. 2. Transcription: 50 minutes (English) on computer or 65 minutes (Hindi) on computer. |
