Loco Driver Trainee Gr-II (MM) 3-year full-time Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with minimum 50% aggregate from a recognized institute/university.
Chemist Trainee Gr-II (Chemical Lab.) 3-year full-time B.Sc. with Chemistry as a subject from a recognized institute/university.
Operator Trainee Gr-II (Production) 3-year full-time Diploma in Chemical Engineering (50% aggregate) OR 3-year full-time B.Sc. (PCM) with minimum 40% aggregate.
Boiler Attendant Gr-II HSLC/ITI + 1st Class Boiler Attendant certificate or HSLC + NAC (Boiler). Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in medium/high pressure boilers (Fertilizer/Chemical industry).
Technician Trainee Gr-II (Instrumentation) 3-year full-time Diploma in Instrumentation/Electronics/E&C/ECE with minimum 50% aggregate.
Technician Trainee Gr-II (Mechanical) 3-year full-time Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 50% aggregate.
Technician Trainee Gr-II (Electrical) 3-year full-time Diploma in Electrical Engineering with minimum 50% aggregate.

BVFCL Recruitment 2025 – Pay & Training Stipend
Posts at Sl. No. 01–08 Stipend ≈ 75% of Pay (Basic + DA) of Rs.9,950/- + DA during training; balance 25% released in quarterly instalments after training. Post-training pay scale: Rs.9,950-3%-22,350/- plus usual allowances.
Posts at Sl. No. 09–13 Stipend ≈ 75% of Pay (Basic + DA) of Rs.9,450/- + DA during training; balance 25% released after successful completion. Post-training pay scale: Rs.9,450-3%-19,450/- plus usual allowances.
