- Ensure eligibility by reviewing the notification for educational qualifications (Diploma, Degree, B.E./B.Tech, MBA, CA, etc.), age limit (maximum 28 years as on 10.08.2025), and other requirements.
- Register on the BDL online portal (bdl.onlinereg.in) using a valid email ID and mobile number, which must remain active for communication.
