BCPL Executive Recruitment 2025: Brahmaputra Cracker and Polymer Limited (BCPL) has announced a recruitment drive for 27 Executive posts on a regular basis, vide Notification No: BCPL-34/2025 released in May 2025. Eligible candidates are invited to apply online from 18.05.2025 to 17.06.2025.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Fire / Fire & Safety with minimum 55% marks. Preference for candidates with one-year Diploma in Industrial Safety from a Central/Regional Labour Institute recognized by the government. Experience: Minimum 20 years of post-qualification executive experience (including as GET/ET/MT) in line, with at least one year in the next lower pay scale or equivalent for Govt./Public Sector candidates.
Sr Engineer (Chemical)
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Chemical / Petrochemical / Chemical Technology / Petrochemical Technology with minimum 60% marks. Experience: Minimum 1 year of post-qualification executive experience (including as GET/ET/MT) in line.
Sr Officer (Contract & Procurement)
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with minimum 60% marks. Preference for candidates with two-year MBA in Materials Management. Experience: Minimum 1 year of post-qualification executive experience (including as GET/ET/MT) in line.
Sr Engineer (Electrical)
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics with minimum 60% marks. Experience: Minimum 1 year of post-qualification executive experience (including as GET/ET/MT) in line.
Sr Officer (Finance & Accounts)
CA/ICWA OR B.Com with minimum 60% marks and two-year MBA in Finance with minimum 60% marks OR BA (Hons) in Economics/Mathematics/Statistics with minimum 60% marks and two-year MBA in Finance with minimum 60% marks OR B.Sc. (Hons) in Mathematics/Statistics with minimum 60% marks and two-year MBA in Finance with minimum 60% marks OR B.E./B.Tech. with minimum 60% marks and two-year MBA in Finance with minimum 60% marks. CA/ICWA candidates must be Fellows/Associates of ICAI/ICWAI. Experience: Minimum 1 year of post-qualification executive experience (including as GET/ET/MT) in line for non-CA/ICWA candidates; nil for CA/ICWA.
Sr Engineer (Instrumentation)
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Electrical & Instrumentation / Electronics & Instrumentation / Instrumentation / Instrumentation & Control / Electronics / Electrical & Electronics with minimum 60% marks. Experience: Minimum 1 year of post-qualification executive experience (including as GET/ET/MT) in line.
Sr Engineer (Information Technology)
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Computer Science / Information Technology with minimum 60% marks OR Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 60% marks and three-year MCA with minimum 60% marks. Experience: Minimum 1 year of post-qualification executive experience (including as GET/ET/MT) in line.
Sr Officer (Marketing)
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with minimum 60% marks and two-year MBA in Marketing with minimum 60% marks. Experience: Minimum 1 year of post-qualification executive experience (including as GET/ET/MT) in line.
Sr Engineer (Mechanical)
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Production / Production & Industrial / Manufacturing / Mechanical & Automobile with minimum 60% marks. Experience: Minimum 1 year of post-qualification executive experience (including as GET/ET/MT) in line.
Officer (Laboratory)
Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) in Chemistry with minimum 60% marks. Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification supervisory experience in laboratory functions in petrochemical/hydrocarbon refinery/oil refinery/LPG recovery plant/fertilizer plant in Central/State Public Sector or large private sector organizations.

Visit the official BCPL website https://www.bcplonline.co.in/ and navigate to the ‘Career’ section to access the online application portal.
Review the BCPL Recruitment Notification No: BCPL-34/2025 thoroughly to confirm eligibility for the desired Executive post.
Register on the portal by providing a valid email ID and mobile number, which must remain active until the recruitment results are announced.
Prepare scanned copies of required documents, including educational certificates (degree/diploma/MBA/MCA/CA/ICWA), experience certificates, ID proof, recent passport-size photograph, and category certificate (if applicable).
Pay the application fee of Rs.600/- (for General/EWS/OBC [NCL] candidates) online through the portal; SC/ST/PwBD candidates are exempt.
