- Experience for Assistant Manager: At least 2 years of relevant experience in a Bank in sourcing / processing loans / MSME Loans / retail loans
- Relationship Manager Scale II
- Any Graduation or Post Graduation in first class (60% marks) in any discipline under regular stream from a recognized university
- Experience for Manager: At least 3 years of relevant experience in a Bank in sourcing / processing loans / MSME Loans / retail loans
- Experience for Assistant Manager: At least 2 years of relevant experience in a Bank in sourcing / processing loans / MSME Loans / retail loans
- Senior Relationship Manager
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate from a recognized university under regular curriculum
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant work experience in sourcing / processing loans / MSME loans, out of which three years of experience as Relationship Manager
