- Engineering Officer Grade 1 (Civil) – First Class B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering + Valid GATE Score (2024 / 2025 / 2026)
- Engineering Assistant (Electrical) – First Class B.Sc. Degree in Chemistry with 5 years of experience in the relevant subject field
- Engineering Assistant (Mechanical) – First Class 3-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 5 years of experience in relevant field
- Scientific Assistant – First Class 3-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years of experience in relevant field
- Technician Grade 1 (Electrical) – ITI Trade Certificate in Electrical
- Technician Grade 1 (Mechanical) – ITI Trade Certificate in Mechanical
- Technical Attendant Grade 1 – Matriculation or equivalent. Desirable: Two-year ITI Trade Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical stream
