MECL Recruitment 2026 – Educational Qualification
- Accountant: Graduate + Intermediate pass of CA/ICWA + 03 years post-qualification experience in Accounts. Desirable: Basic Computer Proficiency & SAP-FICO.
- Technician (Survey): ITI in Survey or Diploma in Survey. Desirable: 01 year experience in Survey.
- Technician (Sampling): B.Sc. Desirable: 01 year experience in Drill Core/Mine Sampling.
- Technician (Laboratory): B.Sc. in Chemistry / Physics / Geology. Desirable: 01 year relevant laboratory experience.
- Assistant (Materials): Graduate with Mathematics or B.Com (UGC/AICTE approved). Desirable: Basic Computer & SAP-MM. Experience: Not required.
- Assistant (Accounts): B.Com (UGC/AICTE approved). Desirable: Basic Computer & SAP-FICO. Experience: Not required.
- Stenographer (English): Graduate in any stream + Certificate in Shorthand (80 wpm English). Desirable: Basic Computer Proficiency. Experience: Not required.
- Assistant (Hindi): Degree with Hindi and English as subjects OR Degree in English with Advance Hindi equivalent. Desirable: Basic Computer with Hindi. Experience: Not required.
- Electrician: ITI Electrical or Diploma in Electrical + Valid Wireman Certificate + 01 year relevant experience.
- Machinist: ITI in Turner/Machinist/Grinder/Miller or Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Production/Tool & Die + 01 year industrial experience.
- Technician (Drilling): ITI in Mechanic (EMM)/Diesel Mechanic/Motor Mechanic/Fitter or Diploma in Drilling/Mechanical + Valid HMV License + 01 year relevant experience.
- Mechanic: ITI in Diesel/Motor Mechanic/Fitter or Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Production/Manufacturing + Valid HMV License + 01 year relevant experience.
- Mechanic – Operator (Drilling): ITI in Mechanic (EMM)/Diesel Mechanic/Motor Mechanic/Fitter or Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Drilling + 01 year relevant experience.
- Junior Driver: 10th Pass + Valid LMV & HMV License + 01 year consolidated driving experience (light & heavy vehicles).
- Assistant (IT): BCA / BCS / BCCA / B.Sc. (CS/IT/Computer Applications) / BISM OR Graduation + 01 year Diploma/PG Diploma in IT/Computer Science/Applications. Experience: Not required.
- Assistant (HR): BA / B.Com / B.Sc / BBA / BBM / BSW (UGC/AICTE approved). Desirable: Basic Computer & SAP-HCM. Experience: Not required.
