TNUAVC Recruitment 2026 – Eligibility Criteria
- Drone Pilots: Valid Remote Pilot Certificate (RPC) approved by DGCA. Experience in multirotor and fixed-wing drones preferred. Knowledge of drone mapping software and flight planning applications is an added advantage. Basic knowledge of drone maintenance and troubleshooting required. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to travel and work in field conditions.
- Drone Co-Pilots: Certification in drone operations or relevant technical qualification preferred. Basic knowledge of drone systems and field operations. Good communication and coordination skills. Willingness to travel frequently. Freshers with interest in drone technology may also apply.
- Car Driver: Valid LMV driving license with good driving record. Minimum experience driving cars or commercial vehicles preferred. Knowledge of routes, highways and traffic regulations. Ability to maintain discipline, punctuality and professionalism. Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance. Willingness to travel for official duties.
- Cook Helper: Prior experience in kitchen or catering assistance preferred. Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Physically fit. Good discipline, punctuality and teamwork skills. Willingness to work flexible hours if required.
- Tender Executive: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Administration / Commerce or any recognized discipline. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in tender management and procurement. Experience in handling Government / PSU / e-Procurement tenders preferred. Experience in preparing technical and financial bids, comparative statements and contract documentation.
- RPTO Instructor: DGCA-certified drone pilot with 1+ years of experience in training or drone piloting. Strong technical knowledge of UAV operations.
- Supervisor: Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in any relevant field. Experience in control room operations, monitoring or supervision preferred. Strong communication and coordination skills. Familiarity with operational systems and reporting tools. Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations. Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.
- Cook: Experience in cooking for offices, hostels, institutions or catering services preferred. Knowledge of South Indian and North Indian cooking preferred. Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. Physically fit and able to work in kitchen environments.
- House Keeping: Prior experience in housekeeping or office maintenance preferred. Knowledge of methods, materials and hygiene practices. Physically fit. Good discipline, punctuality and responsibility. Willingness to work flexible timings if required.
- RPTO Supervisor: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Science / Management or any discipline (preferably Aerospace, Aviation, Electronics, Mechanical or similar). Must have completed DGCA-recognized Remote Pilot Instructor course or be familiar with RPTO procedures. Knowledge of DGCA CAR related to RPTO operations. Minimum 2-3 years experience in aviation/drone industry or similar supervisory role. Experience with an RPTO or drone training setup preferred. Strong coordination, administrative and reporting skills. Proficiency in MS Office and digital record-keeping. Good communication skills.
