1. Manager (Technical) (E3)
- Full-time Engineering Graduate (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Naval Architecture) with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST)
- Experience: 09 years post-qualification
- Desirable: Post Graduation in relevant discipline
2. Manager (HR) (E3)
- Full-time Graduate (any discipline) with 60% marks + Full-time PG Degree/Diploma in HR / Personnel Management / Labour Laws
- Experience: 09 years
- Desirable: Degree in Law (LLB/LLM)
3. Deputy Manager (Technical) (E2)
- Full-time Engineering Graduate (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics) with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST)
- Experience: 05 years post-qualification
4. Project Superintendent (Technical) (E6)
- Full-time Engineering Graduate (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Naval Architecture) with minimum 60% marks
- Experience: 20 years
- Desirable: M.Tech / ME
5. Dy. Project Superintendent (Technical) – Delhi Region (E5)
- Full-time Engineering Graduate with minimum 60% marks in relevant discipline
- Experience: 18 years
6. Dy. Project Officer (Technical / Civil / Design / HR / Safety / Fire Safety)
- Technical / Design: B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Naval Architecture / Ship Building with 60% marks + 02 years experience
- HR: Graduate + PG in HR / Law with 02 years experience
- Safety / Fire Safety: Engineering Graduate + Diploma in Industrial Safety / Fire Safety + 02 years experience

- Deputy Manager (E2): 35 years
- Project Superintendent (E6): 57 years

- E5: ₹1,70,000/-
- E3: ₹60,000 – 1,80,000
