TNSRLM Theni Recruitment 2026 – Eligibility Criteria
| Criteria | Details |

| Educational Qualification | Must have passed 12th Standard. In hilly areas, 10th pass candidates may be considered with District Collector approval. |
| SHG Requirement | Must be a female member of Self-Help Group (SHG) affiliated with Panchayat Level Federation (PLF). |
| Experience | Minimum 2 years experience as SHG Animator. |
| Language Skills | Good reading and writing skills in Tamil and English with basic mathematical calculation knowledge. |
| Additional Preference | Computer skills, Android smartphone handling, bank transaction experience and two-wheeler driving license preferred. |

- Honorarium Amount – ₹2,500/- per month

- Interview – 25 Marks
