- B.E / B.Tech OR
- DOEACC / NIELIT B-Level OR
- Associate Member of Institute of Engineers (AMIE) OR
- Graduate Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (Grad IETE) OR
- M.Sc / MCA / M.E / M.Tech / M.Phil in relevant field
Important: Candidates must have a valid GATE Score 2024 or 2025 or 2026 in the respective paper:
- Computer Sciences & IT → GATE Paper: CS
- Electronics and Communication → GATE Paper: EC
