Overview
Engineer and maintain innovative, customer-centric, high-performance, secure, and robust IAM & Cloud solutions as part of NatWest Digital X team. Work within feature teams on full lifecycle of software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce complex and critical software rapidly and of high quality
- Work in permanent feature teams responsible for full lifecycle (development to operations)
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and business analysts
- Design, produce, test, and implement working software solutions
- Work across requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and operations
- Optimise software engineering capability
