Degree from a recognized university in India, proficiency in Shorthand (English) with a speed of 120 w.p.m., knowledge of computer operation with a typing speed of 40 w.p.m. Experience: Minimum 5 years’ regular service in the cadre of Private Secretary/Senior Personal Assistant/Personal Assistant/Senior Stenographer in Government/Public Sector Undertakings/Statutory Bodies. Age: 30–45 years (as on 15.09.2025).
Age Relaxation: SC/ST: 5 years, OBC: 3 years, PwBD (Gen/EWS): 10 years, PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years, PwBD (OBC): 13 years, Ex-Servicemen: As per Govt. Policy.
Note: Candidates must submit self-attested copies of educational certificates (Degree from a recognized university), ID proof (e.g., Aadhaar, voter ID), recent passport-size photograph, experience certificates (minimum 5 years in Private Secretary/Senior Personal Assistant/Personal Assistant/Senior Stenographer roles), and caste certificate (if applicable) during document verification. Shorthand (English) Test: Candidates will be tested on English Shorthand at 120 w.p.m. to assess proficiency.
Objective Type Written Test: Consists of 100 objective questions (1 mark each, 1 hour 45 minutes) covering General English, General Aptitude, General Knowledge, and Computer Knowledge, with negative marking as per SCI norms.
Typing Speed Test on Computer: Candidates must demonstrate a typing speed of 40 w.p.m. on a computer.
Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview to assess suitability for the role.
